Use the service lawfully
Use Draft Builder AI only for lawful downloadable or digital products and only with content you are authorized to use.
Do not use Draft Builder AI to
- Infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights.
- Create fraudulent, deceptive, dangerous, or unlawful product listings.
- Misrepresent product licensing, ownership, permissions, contents, or customer outcomes.
- Upload malware, harmful code, stolen content, or information you are not permitted to process.
- Probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass security, authentication, credits, billing, rate limits, or tenant boundaries.
- Use automated methods to abuse the service or another merchant’s Shopify store.
Merchant review is required
You must review generated content, attach the correct customer download, and verify the final Shopify product before publishing. Generated text does not establish that you have any license or legal right.
Enforcement
Access may be limited or suspended when reasonably necessary to protect merchants, the service, Shopify, or others, or to respond to suspected violations. Contact [email protected] if you believe a restriction was made in error.
